Most Kryptonote problems fall into a few categories: source conversion, AI generation, credits, storage, or a temporary service issue.
A source failed to upload
Check the file size, file type, and whether the file is protected or corrupted. If it is a web page, try a cleaner URL or upload a saved copy.
If the source was blocked, use the appeal field if one appears. Keep the appeal short and do not include sensitive information.
Chat seems stuck
Long source reading, large documents, web access, and file generation can take time. If the response shows a Continue option, press it to let the model finish.
If the same thread keeps getting stuck, try a larger model, simplify the request, or start a new thread.
A podcast failed
If the transcript exists but audio failed, try recovery. If generation failed early, reduce the focus area, choose fewer sources, or try a shorter episode.
A visualisation failed
Ask for a simpler version. For example, request a static diagram instead of an interactive widget, or ask for a text summary plus a smaller chart.
A download link expired
Ask Kryptonote to present the file again. If the file still exists in the Files tab, you can also open it there.
Credits or storage look wrong
Check Usage and Storage in your account menu. Some actions reserve credits while they are running, then release unused credits after completion or failure.
If something still looks wrong, contact support with the notebook name, approximate time, and what you were trying to do.
