Credits
One credit represents one cent of usage. Kryptonote totals the model provider's cost for a run, then rounds it up to the next whole credit. A provider cost of $0.0001 costs one credit. A cost of $0.014 costs two credits.
A run and its subagents share one charge. Kryptonote adds their provider costs, then rounds once when the main run ends. Longer responses, larger files, the chosen model, and subagent work can increase the charge. Provider caching can reduce it.
Kryptonote reserves an estimated amount before a run starts. The run can finish if its final charge exceeds the credits left. Your balance stops at zero, and Kryptonote does not record the difference as debt. You need more credits before starting new work.
Web access
Go and Pro agents can search the web and read pages. Each successful search or opened page costs at least one credit, based on the web provider's charge. Kryptonote adds web and model charges to the same run. Free agents cannot access the web.
Renewal and limits
Free credits are granted once and do not renew. Go and Pro credits refresh on the subscription renewal date; unused credits do not roll over.
Free supports one active agent run at a time. When its lifetime credits are used, the account becomes read-only. Existing files can still be viewed, downloaded, or deleted, but new runs, workspaces, files, and skill packages require a paid plan.
Storage includes workspace files, chat uploads, generated artefacts, and uploaded skills. A file stored once only counts once, even when it appears in more than one place. Kryptonote rejects an upload before it exceeds your storage or file-size limit. An active agent run can still continue.
Billing and cancellation
Starting a paid subscription activates its monthly credits and replaces any unused Free credits. Paid subscriptions renew monthly. Changes between Go and Pro take effect on the next renewal date. Kryptonote shows that date while a change is pending.
Cancellation stops the next renewal and leaves the current plan and remaining credits available until the billing period ends. After that date the account becomes read-only; a formerly paid account does not receive a new Free grant. Existing files remain available.
Cancellation does not normally refund unused time or credits. If you still have a legal right to withdraw, we may reduce the refund to cover usage already supplied.
